Amazon PPC management that spends your money like it’s ours
Ad spend keeps climbing and revenue doesn’t. The reports say the ads are working. Your margin says otherwise.
Usually the ads are covering for something underneath: a price someone else is undercutting, a page that doesn’t convert, or budget going to sales you’d have made anyway. We fix what’s underneath, then spend only where it adds profit.
We never take a percentage of your ad spend. We don’t make more when you spend more, so we’ll tell you when to spend less.
What we do with your ad budget
- Separate branded from incremental. Ads on your own brand name look great in reports, but many of those shoppers were buying anyway. We split them out so you see what the ads really produce.
- Fix the ground first. If unauthorized sellers take your Buy Box, your ads stop serving or send traffic to someone else’s sale. If the page doesn’t convert, every click is wasted. Pricing and listings come before budget.
- Move budget to profit. Generic and competitor terms that bring new customers, sized to your real margin.
- Watch TACoS, not just ACoS. Ad spend against total sales tells you whether ads are growing the business or just renting it.
- Report the waste in dollars. “You spent $X last quarter on sales you’d have gotten anyway” is something an owner can act on.
Why we don’t touch spend first
Spending into a broken page is how agencies show motion without results. In our first 90 days, ad work starts in weeks 7 to 10, after pricing and listings are stable. When we launched Kemp USA, the first ten months ran with no ad spend at all, and margin nearly doubled before a single ad dollar went out. Read the case study: Kemp USA.
How we get paid, and why it matters here
Many Amazon PPC agencies charge a percentage of ad spend. That means cutting waste cuts their fee. We don’t charge a retainer or a cut of ad spend; we’re paid a share of the revenue we manage. Cutting waste costs us nothing, and growing profitable revenue is the only way we grow. See how we get paid.
Frequently asked questions
What’s a good ACoS?
It depends on your margin. Start with break-even: your margin before ad costs. A good ACoS sits comfortably below it.
Should we bid on our own brand name?
Sometimes, to defend against competitors. It shouldn’t take a big share of budget. We test pulling it back and watch total sales, not just ad sales.
Can you cut our ad spend without losing sales?
Often, yes, by cutting spend on sales you’d have made anyway.
Do you run Sponsored Brands, Display and video?
We use the ad types that fit your products and margin, not every type because it exists.
