This website is operated by BetterLed Consulting LLC, doing business as Symtry Partners, an Indiana limited liability company. Symtry Partners is a trade name of BetterLed Consulting LLC; both refer to the same company. By using this site you agree to these terms.

What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website only. If you engage us for services, that relationship is governed by a separate written service agreement, and where the two conflict, the service agreement controls.

The free channel scan

We offer a free review of your marketplace channel. A few things to be clear about:

• Requesting or receiving a scan does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.
• The scan reflects information available to us at the time and our professional judgment. It is not a guarantee of any outcome.
• We may decline to provide a scan, and we may tell you that you do not need our help.
• We do not require access to your seller account to produce it.

No guarantee of results

Case studies, figures and client outcomes on this site describe what happened for those businesses in those circumstances. They are not a prediction or guarantee of what will happen for yours. Marketplace performance depends on many factors outside our control, including platform policy changes, competition, pricing, inventory and demand. Nothing on this site should be read as a promise of specific revenue, ranking, profit or growth.

Not legal advice

This site discusses pricing policy, unauthorized sellers, minimum advertised price and related topics. None of it is legal advice, and using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Enforcement strategy and dealer agreements should be reviewed by your own counsel. We work alongside your attorney, not in place of one.

Our content

The content on this site — text, design, graphics, logos and case studies — belongs to BetterLed Consulting LLC or is used with permission. You may read it, share links to it, and quote short portions with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it, or use it to build a competing offering.

Client names, logos and results appear with permission and remain the property of those businesses.

Work we produce for clients

Ownership of listings, creative, documentation and other work produced during an engagement is set out in the service agreement.

Trademarks and platforms

Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Shopify and other platform names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. References to those platforms describe the services we provide on them.

Third-party links

This site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

Availability

We try to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetterLed Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, including lost profits or lost business, even if we have been advised of the possibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
