Remove unauthorized sellers from your Amazon listing, for good
Five storefronts are selling your product on Amazon and none of them are you. Your dealers are angry, your price keeps sliding, and reporting them to Amazon hasn’t done a thing.
We find every seller, match each to the real company behind it, trace where they’re getting your product, and close the source. When the supply stops, the sellers stop.
Why reporting them to Amazon doesn’t work
Amazon doesn’t remove sellers of your genuine product just because you didn’t authorize them, and it doesn’t enforce MAP pricing. It acts on counterfeits and IP violations, which most unauthorized sellers aren’t committing. Filing weak IP complaints to get rid of them can put your own account at risk.
The fix lives on the contract side of your business, not inside Seller Central.
What we do
- Map every seller. Every account on every variation of your products, matched to the legal business and address behind the storefront name.
- Trace the supply. Test buys and lot code tracing to find which distributor, retail account, former dealer or promo buyer is feeding them. A handful of leaks usually feed a crowd of storefronts.
- Put the paper in place. A unilateral MAP policy and reseller agreements with real consequences, written alongside your attorney.
- Enforce and follow through. Violators get handled in writing, with names and dates. Leak sources get closed.
- Hold the price. Ongoing monitoring so new sellers get caught early, not months later.
What to expect, and when
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| About 2 business days | Free scan comes back: sellers, lowest live price, likely leak sources |
| Weeks 1–2 | Full seller map, every account traced to a real company |
| Weeks 3–6 | Pricing policy and dealer agreements in place; enforcement underway |
| Around week 6 | First sellers typically come off the listing |
| Months 3–6 | Real price recovery as existing inventory sells through |
We won’t promise a clean listing in a week. Anyone who does is using tactics that can come back on your account.
What a scan typically finds
This is an illustrative example with client details changed:
- 14 sellers on the brand’s products. The brand had authorized 4.
- $164 lowest live price against a $219 policy. That $55 was margin someone else was spending.
- 61 percent of the day the brand lost the sale on its own product.
- 3 likely leak sources, traced by lot code to specific distributors.
Who this is for
Brand owners with an established product line and at least three years in business, selling through distributors, dealers, retail or their own channels, with a price and a reputation worth protecting. If you resell other people’s brands, this isn’t for you.
Sometimes the scan shows it’s a distributor conversation you can handle yourself. We’ll tell you that, and it costs you nothing.
Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee every unauthorized seller will be removed?
No one honestly can. We close the sources supplying them, which is what makes removal stick.
Do you need our Amazon login?
Not for the scan. Once we work together, we use limited user access through your own account. We never need your credentials.
Is enforcing MAP legal?
A unilateral MAP policy is well-established practice in the US. We write it to stay on the right side of the line and work alongside your attorney. We’re operators, not lawyers.
Will this upset our retail partners?
The opposite. Consistent pricing online is what keeps retail buyers comfortable.
What does it cost?
No setup fee and no monthly retainer. We’re paid a share of the revenue on the channels we manage, so we only do well when your channel does. We’ll walk through it on a 20-minute call.
