UltraHuman was designed by Jason Dhir who has spent most of his adult life in the fitness and supplement industry. He developed the brand with the goal being to create real meaningful products with the potency to actually do what they say they will do.
And more importantly, to do that with the utmost integrity in development and ingredient sourcing.
Background
UltraHuman had been on Amazon for almost 16 months with little to no revenue to show for it. It was not on their radar as they were more focused on driving B2B relationships and wholesale accounts to the brand.
A mutual friend introduced us prior to getting started and we set a clear target to initially make $10k in one month within the first three months of working together.

The Solution
Phase 1
Initial groundwork was done on catalog analysis and brand asset development. In order to build traction on the newly launched ASINs there was SEO research implemented into the listings and then re-development of the brand identity on Amazon.
Phase 2
With Phase 1 complete, ads needed to be developed and partnered with the correct SEO targets. We categorize each campaign based on the brand goals and then assign specific KPI’s to those targets to determine next actions over a 14-day period.
Phase 3
With inventory issues coming to a head, ads became optimized for profitability rather than growth and the hero product stabilized. Ad strategy pivoted to focus on highest returning campaigns and keywords with eyes turned to Phase 4…
Phase 4
Once results began to show, UH was looking for the next product to push on the platform… and today we are developing new products based on specific data points and opportunity.
